Make the request specific
- Provide proof that you own the vehicle and identify the ECU and tune file.
- Ask whether outstanding invoices, licensing, or support terms affect the handoff.
- Request the latest usable file and keep every original backup unchanged.
- Do not upload or alter a file unless you own it or have explicit permission from its owner.
